Add images straight from the web

Up until now, Quizity allowed you to add images from your hard drive, by clicking on a "Browse Files" button.

We have just added an option that should make you life seriously easier : the import of a picture straight from the web.

The principle is straight-forward : go on Google (or aother search engine), find a picture that suits your needs, copy its URL address and paste in on Quizity. And here you go, it appears immediatly at the right size !

PS: we remind you that according to our terms of service, it is your duty to make sure not to use pictures that could lead to copyrights issues :)

A Quizity forum just opened

We have added a forum for Quizity users who wish to chat with us !

This forum is external to Quizity and available at the following address : https://forum.quizity.com.

This link currently redirects to a website hosted by Free for security reasons but we'll end up integrating it nicely in the regular website.

This forum is both a place for open discussions and a place for bug reporting or feature requests. Feel free to use it to contact us, on the other hand we always reply mails as well :)

Quiz embedding is now available !

Here it comes, a first version of the quiz embed feature is available on Quizity ! You can test with our example on this Blogger site.

You will find the Embed button in the left column of quiz pages.

You'll see that embedding a quiz on your website is just dead simple with Quizity. It is as easy as embedding a YouTube video on blog.

Our quizes fit in perfectly on your pages while respecting your design, your colors, and never force the players to register on Quizity or to go anywhere to get their results. Everything is simple and immediate with Quizity.

Quizity offers a full javascript system, whith no iframes, no Flash, and does not redirect your visitors ! This is unique on the web and we hope to become the leader for that kind of services.

What's new in April

We keep on improving Quizity this month with a long list of small details, everywhere accross the site !

Cleaner homepage, member rankings, better site skins (more on this later), various minors bugs solved... We also have several bigger projects that will take some time before they can be carried out.

As promised, we have done a lot for quiz embedding, you'll soon see we have superseded all our competitors. Stay tuned !

Quizity is in the works

Although we are not releasing any new visible functionalities these days, we are still working backstage !

Last week, we modified Quizity's file structure (including how we store the pictures you add to your quizes) to allow greater scalability and keep up with demand when more players join our platform.

And this week, we're busy with an export function to embed quizes on external websites. We'll keep you updated soon !

Quizity advertises on Google

We have the pleasure to welcome new members these days who have heard about us through Google advertising !

This means we have successfully run our first Adsense advertising campaign. We hope these newcomers have found what they were looking for, but that's obviously the case judging by the number of new registered members !

You will now find a button on quiz pages to add a creation to your list of favorites ! You'll be able to browse this list anytime from your personal account.

Besides, we have just opened a Facebook page available here to keep you updated easily about our latest news :)

Quizity.com is now live !

Hello all and welcome to Quizity !

We are a brand new quiz website that will let you create you own quizes and play other members', very easily.

Quizity brings a new breed of game and creation interfaces. They are dead simple, enjoyable and intuitive. Quizity will soon let you export quizes on your own blog or website too !

You will find a first bunch of quizes to play a bit and we hope their number will increase with your own creations !
